Holistica Properties Terms and Conditions

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Terms of Service (the “Terms”) is a binding agreement between you (“End User” or “you”) and Holistica Properties, a company incorporated under Canadian law (“Holistica” or “we”). These Terms govern your use of Holistica Properties' website at www.holisticaproperties.com (the “Site”) and the services offered through the Site, including the booking of retreats, membership access, or other related services (together with the Site, the “Services”).

BY CLICKING THE ACCEPTANCE BOX, BY USING THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICES, YOU (A) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS; (B) REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT; AND (C) ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND THE HOLISTICA PROPERTIES PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE AND CEASE USE OF THE SERVICES.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Holistica grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use on devices owned or controlled by you (the “Device(s)”) and to use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Modification of Terms and Services

Holistica may, at its sole discretion, change these Terms, including the Holistica Properties Privacy Policy, from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site and will include the date they go into effect. We recommend that you review these Terms, our booking terms, and Privacy Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

Holistica also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (including, but not limited to, the availability of any features, databases, or content), whether temporarily or permanently, at any time for any reason. You agree that Holistica shall not be held liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Services. Some modifications may require updates to the Site in order to continue using the Services. Holistica may impose limits on certain features or services, restrict your access to parts or all of the Services, and suspend or terminate your access without notice or liability.

Communications

You consent to accept and receive communications from Holistica, including by email. You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided, but please note that some transactional messages (such as payment receipts, login verifications, or updates to your booking or Terms) are deemed part of the Services. Opting out of marketing communications may impact your use of the Services.

Holistica Account

While you may access the Site without registering for an account, certain features and Services require you to create a Holistica Properties account (an “Account”), which may be hosted by one of our third-party service providers as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
