Holistica was born from a simple realization: modern life has made us more connected digitally, yet more disconnected from nature, meaningful community, and ourselves.
Holistica is transforming historic properties into living community sanctuaries devoted to healing, creativity, cultural exchange, and regenerative living, and our first one is located in Italy.
Through a community-centered ownership model, we are creating enduring spaces where healing happens in relationship: to self, to others, and to the earth.
The Vision
We are creating community sanctuaries rooted in conscious living, meaningful connection, stewardship of the land, and the flourishing of the human spirit.
Community is curated for alignment, not exclusivity. Through intentional design, regenerative principles, and a shared vision for the future, Holistica is building spaces that are both deeply nourishing and financially sustainable.
We are currently accepting applications from aligned community members, retreat leaders, creatives, and values-aligned allies who feel called to help steward our first Italian Sanctuary vision alongside us.
Location & Surroundings
Nestled within the rolling hills and historic countryside of Central Italy, Holistica is surrounded by ancient villages, thermal springs, vineyards, olive groves, and expansive natural beauty that invites a slower, more grounded rhythm of life.
Our sanctuary is positioned within reach of major international airports and culturally rich Italian cities, while still offering the peace, quiet, and timeless atmosphere of rural Italy.

Amy Muranetz is the Founder and visionary behind Holistica Properties, with 15+ years of experience building transformational communities, retreats, and immersive cultural experiences around the world. Her work bridges hospitality/event production, healing arts, & regenerative community-centric living to reimagine how people live, gather, and belong together.

Alexis Cavanagh
REGENERATIVE REAL ESTATE ADVISERAlexis Cavanagh is a real estate professional with 13+ years of industry experience, specializing in regenerative real estate projects and community-centered development. A licensed Realtor, she supports Holistica’s Italian property acquisitions and future expansion vision.
Taylor Aucoin
PRODUCT & SYSTEMS ADVISER Taylor is a systems strategist, technical leader, and entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience in full-stack development, engineering management, and project leadership. He advises Holistica on organizational structure, scalable backend systems, product development, and integrated marketing strategy.
